The company’s production base is located in Xinmi City, a nationally renowned refractory production base in the hinterland of the Central Plains. It is adjacent to the intersection of the two major transportation arteries of Beijing-Guangzhou and Longhai. It has developed transportation, rich resources and excellent quality, providing unique and superior conditions for the production of refractory materials.
After nearly 20 years of development, the production base has focused on promoting mechanism innovation and optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, and has long-term cooperation with Luoyang Refractory Research Institute, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Anshan University of Metallurgical Science and Technology, etc. It mainly produces various shaped and unshaped refractory materials and metallurgical auxiliary materials for metallurgy, electrolytic aluminum, building materials, nonferrous metals, electricity, machinery and other industries.

The main products include
Shaped products: high alumina series products, silicon mullite bricks, corundum mullite bricks, silicon carbide composite products, low porosity fireclay bricks, various refractory materials for blast furnaces and hot blast stove, high-strength lightweight insulation products; unshaped products include: large precast blocks for the graphitizing furnaces, high-strength wear-resistant castables, explosion-proof quick-drying self-flowing castables, low-cement castables, steel fiber castables, wear-resistant spray coatings, slag cones, high-temperature coatings, composite deoxidizers, refined slag, slag defoaming agents and other shaped and unshaped refractory products and metallurgical auxiliary materials.
Unshaped refractory products
The production base has 7 fully automatic and semi-automatic production lines for the monolithic refractory. The annual output of the monolithic refractory is 60,000 tons, which includes 30,000 tons of precast blocks and 30,000 tons of castables.
Shaped refractory products
There are 2 production lines for the shaped refractory products, complete production and testing equipment, a large pre-assemble platform, and technicians who can manufacture key refractory materials for hot blast stoves such as ceramic burners and hot air ducts.
Our products are supplied to foreign customers such as 4150m³ blast furnace hot blast furnace burner refractory of POSCO (Indonesia and Brazil projects) in South Korea, 3200m³ blast furnace hot blast furnace burner refractory of QARMET in Kazakhstan, 3200m³ blast furnace hot blast furnace burner refractory of MMK Company, 1380m³ blast furnace hot blast furnace burner refractory of ASSB Company in Malaysia, etc.
Our products are also exported to Japan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Syria, India, Turkey, Vietnam, Colombia and other countries. Our products are mainly aluminum silicate series products, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons.
