Product Introduction
Corundum-mullite castable is made of brown corundum and mullite aggregate as the main components, using micro-powder technology, white cement as the binder.
Product Advantage
Strong chemical corrosion resistance
The mullite contained in the corundum-mullite castable is rare in nature. It has the advantages of high purity, high density, good organizational structure, low creep rate, small thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and strong chemical corrosion resistance.
Good flexibility
The high temperature creep resistance of mullite is much better than that of high-alumina products. Mullite will produce a protective film during use, and it has good flexibility. The high temperature performance of corundum-mullite castable is comparable to some properties of magnesium, silicon and corundum products.
Excellent thermal shock resistance
It has excellent thermal shock resistance and is quite good in acid resistance and low-basicity slag corrosion resistance.

Application Field
The corundum mullite castables are widely used in refractory materials and other industries. Because they are made of high-quality raw materials, they are effective in high-temperature, wear-resistant and highly corrosive areas. They are suitable for use in high-temperature areas and kiln mouths of industrial furnaces, as well as key areas of kilns with strong corrosiveness.
