Product Introduction
Refractory mortar is soft clay, which is a refractory clay with plasticity. Fireclay mortar is made by mixing clay clinker powder above 160 mesh, soft clay powder and binder evenly.
Product Advantage
Refractory mortar becomes a paste when added with water and can be made into various shapes. It is mainly used as a joint material for the construction of fireclay bricks for various kilns. It has the advantages of good air tightness, high bonding strength and suitable construction time.

Application Field
Fireclay mortar is applied between fireclay bricks. The bonding time is within 2 minutes. If the aluminum content of the refractory bricks is high, the fireclay mortar used for bricklaying should also be increased accordingly.
