Product Introduction
High alumina bricks are aluminosilicate refractory bricks with alumina content of more than 55%. They are neutral shaped refractory products. They are strictly selected during the production process, and the raw materials are crushed, graded, iron removed, mixed and finely ground, and then high-pressure formed and sintered at a high temperature of 1420-1450℃.
Product Advantage
- High alumina bricks have good high temperature stability,
- High density, high strength and load softening temperature,
- Good thermal conductivity, and better corrosion and wear resistance than fireclay bricks.
Application Field
It is widely used in thermal furnace linings in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, especially in the neutral gas field of blast furnace linings, steelmaking electric furnace tops, steel ladle, large and medium-sized hot blast stoves.
