Product Introduction
Steel fiber castable is a low-cement castable with a certain proportion of steel fiber. It can inhibit the shrinkage of the castable when used at high temperatures. After adding steel fiber, it not only improves the toughness of the castable, but also improves the mechanical impact resistance and mechanical strength, and enhances the contact area between the castable and the matrix, increasing the friction. After adding steel fiber, the thermal shock resistance of the castable is also relatively improved. In preventing microcracks and mechanical stress, steel fiber castable can prevent breakage or peeling.
Product Advantage
- Steel fiber castables have high strength and good toughness,
- Can withstand greater impact forces, and have strong wear resistance.
Application Field
Steel fiber castables are widely used in the steel smelting industry, ceramic and glass industry, power industry, petroleum and petrochemical industry, and environmental protection industry. Its high strength and excellent thermal shock resistance enable the equipment to operate stably in high temperature and rapid temperature change environments, thereby improving production efficiency and extending equipment life.
