Within two days after the contract takes effect, the technical information required by the purchaser, such as the production schedule of the contract goods, the packaging plan of the contract goods, the transportation plan, and the acceptance criteria of the contract goods, shall be sent to the purchaser by email. During the manufacturing process of refractory materials, the purchaser is welcome to send personnel to supervise the production, and we will provide convenient conditions for the purchaser’s supervision personnel.

When the goods are ready, after-sales service personnel will be sent to the shipping site to assist the buyer in the inventory of the goods, and provide guidance on the placement of shipping marks, loading, handling, storage, etc., and solve related technical problems at any time.

When shipping, the delivery note, shipping list, cargo certificate, inspection report, instruction manual, etc. will be sent to the purchaser by email.

Before the construction, documents on construction personnel training, construction and maintenance of refractory bricks and castables will be sent to the purchaser in advance. 

If any product quality problems occur during the warranty period, we guarantee to deal with them in a timely manner.

Our company guarantees that no less than the promised construction personnel will provide after-sales construction services on site.

Our after-sales service personnel will go to the construction site to fully cooperate with customer. After the work is completed, the customer needs to sign a written opinion on our work attitude, sense of responsibility, etc. and return it to the company. Without the written opinion signed by the customer, our company will not evaluate the after-sales service personnel.
